• Investigate incidents and produce reports.
• Assist with tender applications.
• Verify employee PPE compliance.
• Conduct daily factory inspections and walks.
• Engage with department Heads of Departments (HODs).
• Arrange entry and exit medicals.
• Induct employees and visitors.
• Raise Non-Conformities (NCs).
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Maintain a practical approach to audits.
