Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Night Shift Data Capturer to join the Johannesburg team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate data capturing of waybills per shift
• Ensure COD’s are correctly marked
• Sort waybills for distribution
• Process, print and sort manifests for the linehaul
• Hand linehaul envelopes to Night Shift Supervisor
• Mail manifests and waybill copies to branches on request
• Scan, image and collate account copies with clients manifests
• Update details needed for billing purposes

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Minimum 2 years data capturing experience, gained in the courier industry
• Parcel Perfect experience essential
• Must be willing to work night shift
• Reliable transport to work
