We’re looking for a proactive and technically strong n8n Automation Specialist who can work across multiple departments to find inefficiencies, redesign processes, and build end-to-end AI-powered systems.
Audit workflows across departments to identify automation opportunities, inefficiencies, and potential AI-driven improvements.
Build custom AI agents tailored to team needs, using LLMs, prompts, logic frameworks, API integrations, or automation platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, operations, and customer-facing teams to design solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and performance.
Lead experimental AI projects that introduce new capabilities, tools, and automation frameworks across the organization.
Monitor, test, and refine automations to ensure reliability and long-term stability.
Document all workflows and systems clearly so they can be scaled, understood, and maintained across teams.
Stay ahead of emerging AI advancements and consistently recommend new ideas and technologies that drive efficiency.
Proven experience designing and deploying AI-powered automations with measurable business outcomes (time saved, output improved, errors reduced, etc.).
Proficiency with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) and LLM-based platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
Ability to build custom AI agents using structured prompting and logic-based workflows.
Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
Ability to map processes, evaluate inefficiencies, and translate problems into reliable automation solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple concurrent automation projects.
Clear documentation skills for automations, logic, and workflow structures.

Please note that this role is based on a freelance agreement.

This role is 100% remote.
Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours — it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy.
(This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.)
