You'll be the operational backbone that keeps projects, people, and partners moving in sync, so strategists can strategise and media buyers can optimise.
Track project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics across a portfolio of local & international accounts.
Flag risks early, propose solutions, and keep the team accountable for on-time, in-scope delivery.
Own project documentation : briefs, status reports, post-mortems so nothing falls through the cracks.
Schedule and facilitate kick-offs, stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Liaise with strategy, media, data, and creative pods to secure resources and keep workloads balanced.
Ensure assets flow smoothly between internal teams, freelancers, and third-party vendors.
Maintain our project boards and time-tracking tools, guaranteeing every task has an owner and a deadline.
Build a deep understanding of each client's brand, KPIs, and pain points.
Deliver clear, confident comms : agendas, recaps, and weekly status updates that make clients feel in the loop, and at ease.
Surface upsell opportunities or optimisation ideas to the account lead.
Experience : 3+ years in a digital agency or fast-moving marketing team (internships count).
Education : Diploma or degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or similar.
Toolset : Comfortable with project-management software (e.g., ) and G-Suite; bonus points for basic GA4 or ad-platform familiarity.
Hyper-organised, detail-obsessed, and able to juggle multiple deadlines.
Clear written & verbal communicator who can translate "client-speak" into actionable tasks.
Data-curious : you love dashboards and know that numbers tell the real story.
Proactive problem-solver who flags issues, not excuses.
