Job Description

In this role you will provide strategic leadership across international markets, driving sustainable revenue growth while strengthening brand presence within the global luxury travel sector. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop high‑impact sales initiatives, secure new business opportunities and deliver exceptional commercial results aligned with company values.

• Drive international sales growth across multiple channels and markets
• Build and manage strong relationships within global travel trade networks
• Represent the brand at key industry events, meetings and exhibitions
• Develop and deliver tailored sales proposals and commercial presentations
• Lead deal progression from opportunity through to successful close
• Oversee budgets and costs to support profitable revenue delivery
• Support, guide and performance‑manage regional sales teams
• Identify new market opportunities and convert qualified leads
• Protect and enhance brand reputation, values and ethical standards
• Comply with health, safety, governance and company policies

Experience Required

• Proven success driving international sales growth within luxury travel or destination management environments
• Strong background managing multi‑channel sales networks across global markets
• Demonstrated ability to exceed ambitious revenue and profitability targets
• Experience representing premium brands at trade shows, client events and industry forums
• Skilled in developing proposals, leading negotiations and closing high‑value deals
• Solid financial acumen, including budget control and commercially driven sales initiatives
• Hands‑on leadership of sales teams, including coaching, performance reviews and market planning
• In‑depth understanding of customer behaviour, market trends and supplier relationship management
