Position :

IT Support Technician

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team on a full‑time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining and upgrading systems as needed.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in‑person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates to systems
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues
  • Collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions
  • Train and educate clients on new technologies and systems as needed
  • Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and software applications
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
