You will be at the forefront of a new global delivery model, leading a team of talented consultants, shaping the practice, and gaining direct exposure to complex projects for market-leading corporations, all while based remotely in South Africa.

Performance Objectives for Year One
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Successfully build and lead a team of 3-5 Senior and Junior Consultants. Within the first 12 months, you will be responsible for their performance management, coaching, and career development, achieving a high level of team engagement and a measurable improvement in their technical and client-facing skills.
  • Manage a Premier Client Portfolio: Take full ownership of a portfolio of international client engagements, ensuring all projects (including complex ISAE/SOC reports) are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, resulting in exceptional client feedback.
  • Become a Trusted Client Advisor: Establish yourself as the main point of contact and a trusted advisor for senior stakeholders at your key clients. By year-end, you will have deepened these relationships to the point of identifying and scoping opportunities for expanded advisory work.
  • Drive Practice Excellence: Review and enhance the team's delivery methodology for either IT audits or Third-Party Assurance engagements, implementing at least one significant process improvement that increases efficiency or quality across the practice.
  • Master Complex Engagements: Personally lead the planning, execution, and final review of the most complex IT assurance engagement in your portfolio, successfully navigating intricate client challenges and delivering a report that provides clear, actionable, and high-impact advice.
