• Bachelor's degree in Law, Risk Management, or a related field is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years' compliance experience in the insurance sector or a similar regulated industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory requirements for insurance is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are needed.
• Fluency in English and one local language (e.g., Afrikaans, isiZulu).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
• Valid driver's licence is required.
• Own reliable vehicle is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
