A leading Financial Services company is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as Head of Wealth and Financial Planning. You will be responsible for client engagement and leading a cross-functional team of Advisory specialists.

Responsibilities:

  1. Personal and Juristic Transactional banking
  2. Structured Lending
  3. Local and offshore Wealth Management
  4. Cash Investment solutions
  5. Long and Short-Term Insurance solutions
  6. Foreign Currency Transactional solutions
  7. Domestic and offshore Fiduciary and Estate Planning services
  8. Commercial Property Finance
  9. Share-Based Lending
  10. Personalised Share Portfolios
  11. Asset-Based Finance

Competencies:

  1. Manage budgets and deliver on sales and acquisition targets
  2. Balance Sheet growth and protection through maintenance of existing deals and origination of new business
  3. Monitor and supervise new employees through mentorship and coaching programmes
  4. Recruit and support new staff to help them elevate and embed into our culture and business
  5. Manage a portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients in conjunction with the banking team
  6. Collaborate and integrate with the company
  7. Manage sales initiatives and participate in product improvement and enhancement
  8. Develop key relationships both internally and externally
  9. New client acquisition and business development in conjunction with the company’s ventures, a Private Equity business as part of the company within the group

Qualifications:
