This is a founding role – the first person to hold this position at RevenueHoop!
This person needs to be comfortable with undeveloped processes, feel inspired to create order out of chaos, can execute without being asked, and doesn't wait for permission.
Contractor | Remote (Europe-based preferred)
Partner with the Client Success Manager to interpret client briefs and design actionable, results-driven GTM solutions.
Oversee workload allocation, set priorities based on team bandwidth and expertise, and provide continuous technical and professional guidance.
Identify inefficiencies and process gaps; design and implement streamlined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent, high-quality delivery.
Design, implement, and optimize revenue operations processes across CRMs and automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, n8n, Zapier, and other GTM systems.
Maintain accountability for timely, accurate, and high-impact delivery of all GTME workstreams, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal standards.
Act as a subject matter expert on GTM systems, integrations, and processes — collaborating closely with the Client Success Manager to enhance client relationships and deliver strategic insights.
Create internal documentation, training guides, and enablement materials to promote team scalability, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, GTM Operations, or related roles
Proven track record managing teams or complex client engagements
Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce (bonus) Clay, n8n, and other go-to-market tools
Experience designing and implementing end-to-end GTM frameworks
