Role & Responsibilities :

Supervised junior managers across fuel, liquor, and food store departments.

Oversaw staff performance, implemented KPIs, and developed staff incentive programs to drive growth.

Reported weekly on the performance and progress of multiple business units, including forecourt and retail divisions.

Ensured accurate stock management and inventory systems across all departments.

Managed operational effectiveness and profitability across all sub-business units.

Maintained control over supplier credit lines and ensured financial compliance within set limits.

Reviewed and analyzed reports from each division to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Provided training and support on internal systems, including back-office retail and fuel management software.
