A leading fleet management company in Johannesburg seeks a Fleet & Facilities Manager. The role involves overseeing fleet operations, managing maintenance and repair of facilities, ensuring safety compliance, and supervising staff. The Fleet & Facilities Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and managing all activities related to the acquisition, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of fleet vehicles as well as maintenance and operational readiness of facilities and related assets. This role ensures compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards while managing staff and budgets effectively to support company operations.
Tertiary qualifications in Fleet Management Logistics Supply Chain or related field (e.g. BCom). 3 years of experience managing fleet and facilities operations, preferably in a similar leadership skills and experience managing diverse of relevant safety environmental and vehicle compliance management and procurement in fleet management information systems and maintenance to work in a
