Financial Manager requiredin Steelpoort, Limpopo.

Take ownership of the company’s financial management function, with a strong focus on cashflow, accounts control, project profitability, and compliance.

This is a hands-on finance role where HR is limited to core administration and employee KPI tracking. Suited to a technically strong finance professional who is comfortable operating independently.

Salary: R35 000 – R40 000 CTC per month (Slightly negotiable, experience dependent).

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Finance / Accounting
• SAIPA or SAICA registered (non-negotiable)
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant finance experience
• Strong working experience with Xero
• Proven experience managing cashflow, accounts, and profit & loss
• Solid understanding of payroll alignment and invoicing control

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full management of accounts, cashflow forecasting, and financial reporting
• Manage project-based profit and loss tracking and analysis
• Control invoicing accuracy and ensure timely billing
• Monitor debtors, collections, and cashflow movement
• Oversee payroll alignment and accuracy
• Maintain compliance with basic statutory and financial requirements
• Manage Xero and Hubdoc workflows
• Track and report on monthly employee KPIs
• Handle limited HR administration, including contracts, attendance, discipline, and basic ER processes
• Support management with financial insights and reporting
