About the job F & I Manager (Automotive)

A seasoned and highly experienced F&I Manager required for a dealership in Sandton. Kindly note this is a Senior position, no Jnr applications will be considered

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume F&I operations and will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of our F&I department.

  • Position: Senior F&I Manager
  • Volume: Over 80 vehicles sold per month
  • Structure: Two floors, supported by two signing F&I's
  • Level: We are looking for a candidate who has operated at a group or senior level, capable of taking full ownership of the department.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in F&I management, particularly in high-performing dealership environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively
  • Strong understanding of compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Ability to integrate with the broader sales and management team seamlessly
