Responsibilities

• 10+ years exp on Italian-designed porcelain tile
• 10+ years exp in preparing and producing company and porcelain spray-dried clay.
• Manufacturing equipment, namely:
• • SACMI
  • SITI B&T
  • SYSTEM company
  • KEDA
• Diagnose the source of porcelain tile defects.
• Quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) of SANS1449:2012 and ISO13006:2018
• porcelain tile manufacturing standards process
• Setup and control manufacturing equipment to produce products according to standards.
• Teach peers and subordinates to manage porcelain tile-making process.
