Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all dealership operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Manage stock acquisition, pricing, and valuations to protect profit margins.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Implement strategic sales and business growth plans.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across all departments from the showroom to aftersales support.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' recent experience as a Dealer Principal or in a Senior Management role within a corporate-owned motor dealership.
  • Proven track record of success in a high-volume sales environment (commission sheets required).
