What you will be doing:
- Security Operations
- Implement and maintain global security strategies, adapting them to local threats and legislative requirements.
- Approve and manage security standards for global services, assist in designing integrated controls and conduct risk reviews for new programs.
- Monitor compliance with security policies and audits, ensuring timely closure of identified issues.
- Develop and oversee the Information Security action plan, reporting progress to management and coordinating with the central security team.
- Lead responses to cybersecurity incidents, conduct investigations, advise on security requirements, and support technical audits including ethical hacking.
- Security Awareness
- Drive and deliver cyber security training campaigns aligned with global programs and local realities.
- Security Strategy
- Identify potential risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Collaborate to enhance controls and security processes across the organization.
- Innovation
- Implement new security strategies and standards globally.
- Provide expertise across multiple technical platforms through all phases of solution development and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, including prior roles as a cyber‑security officer or manager.
- Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and relevant laws including privacy regulations.
- Proven experience in handling security incidents and the ability to assess risks, threats and threat actors dynamically.
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams, ideally with exposure to the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated business urgency with a safe and cautious approach to close critical security gaps.
- Skilled in explaining complex technical processes to business stakeholders.
- Flexible and adaptable to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across different people and cultures.
- Displays professionalism, customer service focus, attention to detail and quality in work.
- Strong interpersonal relationship management, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills.
