Job summary

A well-established financial services company in Durban is seeking a dynamic Inbound & Outbound Client Services Agent for a 6-month contract starting in January 2026. This role involves lead generation and providing exceptional service across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in BPO financial services, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high-net-worth clients. A matric with Mathematics or Maths literacy above 80% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in BPO financial services.
• Proficient in English and two other languages is advantageous.
• Customer service experience (KYC), both Inbound and Outbound.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lead generation specific to campaigns.
• Convert leads into clients through targeted contact.
• Maintain client relationships and communication.
