A reputable international sales company is hiring a Business Development Associate to source new clients focusing on financial futures. The Business Development Associate is responsible for sourcing new potential clients (International Markets) and clients that want to invest in our knowledge to secure their financial futures.
The Sales Associate will be tasked with lead generation, feeding the appointments / leads pipeline to drive new revenue for the business.
You will map out potential clients across various industries, countries, and LSMs and start to build strong relationships, introducing Our Client to multiple contacts focusing on high-net-worth individuals, immigrants (CH), retirees, business owners, investors, etc.
You will partner with the internal team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth within potential or new accounts.
Understand a client's needs and challenges to effectively communicate how Our Client will address those needs or help solve those challenges.
(You are not giving financial advice but must have sufficient knowledge to secure an appointment for one of our industry professionals. We will train you accordingly.)
Manage a sales pipeline, growing your appointments daily / weekly / monthly to assist in achieving mutual revenue targets.
Maintain all sales activities, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
Capturing on our internal CRM system is pivotal, because you own the client and derive revenue off future sales.
Consistently exceed your monthly sales appointment-setting quota and be well-compensated for doing so.
Other projects & responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.
Outbound lead generation sales experience.
Strong telephonic / in-person presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team-player mentality with the ability to work independently toward ambitious goals.
Demonstrable experience over-performing in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization, scheduling, and time management.
Obvious resume evidence of high achievement in past sales roles.

A laptop or desktop computer.
ADSL or fibre internet connection at home : candidates must provide proof of a reliable internet connection, such as a recent provider bill.
Backup power solution to stay online in the event of load shedding.
Cold-calling experience : prior experience with cold calling is essential.

Monthly basic component : 1, CHF (equates to roughly R ,92 per month).

Sales / research data : You will be provided with a log-in to get direct numbers, as many as you require to potential clients.
You, however, must do your own digging / research, which is one of the most important aspects of the job function.
