As a Broker Consultant / BDM, you’ll grow and support Elevate Life’s independent financial advisor (IFA) network. You’ll be the key relationship owner for brokers in your region - driving new business, enabling sales through training and case support, and serving as the bridge between the broker market and our internal teams.
What you’ll be responsible for
1) Business Development
- Promote Elevate Life’s life insurance solutions to IFAs/brokers.
- Identify, engage and onboard new brokers to expand distribution.
- Build a strong, opportunity-led pipeline and deliver consistent sales outcomes.
2) Training & Broker Support
- Deliver broker training (product, underwriting approach, positioning and best-fit use cases).
- Keep brokers informed on product updates, pricing changes and process improvements.
- Provide technical support for complex cases and solution design.
- Help brokers structure solutions aligned to client needs.
- Support proposal building with tools, illustrations and marketing collateral.
- Partner with brokers on key opportunities (including joint client meetings where required).
4) Relationship Management
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with high-potential and top-performing brokers.
- Understand each broker’s business model and tailor support to grow their production.
- Coordinate with underwriting/operations to ensure excellent service and turnaround times.
- Gather broker feedback and share insights to inform continuous improvement.
- Track competitor activity and provide market insights to the broader team.

- Consistent growth in submissions and activations from your broker panel.
- Increased productivity from existing brokers + successful onboarding of new brokers.
- Strong broker satisfaction, responsiveness, and smooth internal coordination.
- High-quality pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Proven experience in life insurance distribution (broker/IFA environment).
- Demonstrated ability to grow a broker panel and drive sales targets.
- Strong technical understanding of life insurance products and solution structuring.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Existing broker relationships in the market
