Main Job Purpose

We're seeking committed individuals to uphold and exceed PG Glass Fitment Centre standards in the fitting of automotive glass. From entry‑level to advanced technicians, we offer a structured career path with increasing responsibility, customer interaction, and technical expertise.

Customer Experience
  • Deliver professional, friendly service to both customers and colleagues
  • Ensure quality workmanship and on‑time job completion
  • Represent the PG brand through appearance, attitude, and excellence
Glass Fitting & Technical Execution (Levels 1-4)
  • Perform one‑man fittings on various vehicle types, from standard models to advanced brands (e.g., S‑Class Mercedes, Audi A6)
  • Take full responsibility for allocated jobs
  • Handle customer queries and payments where applicable
  • Maintain consistently high productivity and quality standards
  • Mentor junior technicians at higher levels
Logistics & Support
  • Load glass precisely according to work orders
  • Ensure safe, clean, and damage‑free deliveries
  • Obtain customer sign‑off and manage COD payments
  • Submit accurate documentation daily
Housekeeping, Safety & Reporting
  • Uphold PG Glass image through clean attire and professional conduct
  • Maintain tools and vehicles; report damages or faults immediately
  • Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations
  • Report issues, accidents, or suspected fraud to management or KPMG
Team Collaboration
  • Support the Fitment Centre team as needed
  • Take on leadership or supervisory roles at higher technician levels
Qualifications
