Responsibilities
  • Set marketing strategy for the Flights verticals (outside of pricing).
  • Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy to grow Agoda's Flights business across different channels.
  • Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
  • Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growth.
  • Partner closely with Marketing Accommodation, Flights Product, and Flights Supply teams to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using SQL, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Extensive experience: 5–7 years in a Data Analyst role or similar projects involving big data, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance is a plus.
  • Data-driven approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and generate impactful recommendations.
  • Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehousing, including SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
  • Innovative problem-solving: The ability to tackle complex challenges in a non-linear fashion, navigate the organization for information, and implement creative solutions that adapt to evolving scenarios.
  • Strong communication skills: Exceptional writing and verbal abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful, visually appealing presentations.
  • Stakeholder management: Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and persuade stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, with proven commercial acumen.
It’s great if you have
  • Experience in digital or social media marketing.
  • Experience in hypothesis testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and using Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
