Job description

Greyline Marketing is looking for a reliable, organised part-time Personal Assistant to support day-to-day admin and assist with content production. This role starts as a PA position, but you’ll be trained in social media workflows, basic graphic design programmes, photography/videography, and editing photos and videos. The long-term goal is for this role to transition into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal assistant and admin support (planning, organising, assisting with client-related tasks)
  • Helping with social media tasks as you’re trained ( content prep, scheduling support, basic design assistance)
  • Assisting on shoots (holding lights/gear, setting up and packing down, behind-the-scenes help, general support on location)
  • Supporting creative projects and ensuring tasks are completed neatly and on time

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Own transport (must be able to travel to the office )
  • Own laptop
  • Strong communication skills (WhatsApp + email)
  • Good time management, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
