Job summary

A healthcare organization in Vereeniging seeks an Admin Support (Receptionist) to provide essential administrative assistance in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have at least Grade 12, possess strong organizational skills, and be computer literate with experience in a clinical setting. This role requires excellent interpersonal abilities and a keen eye for detail, particularly in relation to patient rehabilitation processes. A minimum salary of 10,277.88 ZAR cost to company is offered.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Nurture Healthcare Group requires an Admin Support (Receptionist) who will be based at ouronomi Nurture Vereeniging facility in the Gauteng reporting to the Hospital Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12.
  • 2 Year or more experience as an administrator within a clinical environment.
  • Computer literate with strong administration and organizational skills.
KEY COMPETENCIES
  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment
  • Excellent in follow up/follow through
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Need to understand the difference смотр between acute and rehabilitation services (as they are fighting for rehab not medical care – must be able to explain that to the funder)
  • Eye for detail – must be able to pick up errors in ICD-10 coding/discharge dates
  • Strong English language competency
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Forward thinking skills – identify possible challenges
  • Typing skills would be an advantage

Minimum Salary: 10 277,88 Cost to Company (including benefits)
