Job summary

3E is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead large, multi-product customer implementations. You will turn customer scope into a coordinated delivery plan, manage risks, and align technical teams to deliver on agreed outcomes.

This role supports remote work within the Eastern time zone and requires collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, and external partners to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software implementation or related project management roles.
• Experience leading complex customer implementations with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Ability to own project scope, plans, milestones and delivery outcomes.
• Strong technical aptitude to coordinate with product/engineering teams; coding not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new-logo, cross-sell, and Value Realization implementations from start to close.
• Translate scopes into an integrated delivery strategy with milestones and resources.
• Coordinate with CX, Product, Engineering, Data, and external partners.
• Own master implementation plan and governance, track risks and changes.
• Establish and report on measurable success criteria and project health.
