Job summary

3E is hiring an Implementation Project Manager to lead large, complex customer implementations across multiple products and teams. You will turn the customer scope into an executable plan and ensure delivery meets time, scope, adoption, and outcome commitments.

The role requires coordinating technical discovery, managing the master plan, and providing a data-backed view of project health to customers and internal leadership. Remote work within the Eastern time zone is supported.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, project management, or professional services.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex customer implementations with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Experience owning project scope, plans, milestones, risks, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new-logo, cross-sell, and Value Realization implementations from handoff through close.
• Translate scopes into an integrated delivery strategy covering products, milestones, resources, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead technical discovery and planning with customers and internal teams.
• Own the master implementation plan and coordinate specialists, Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, and partners.
• Establish measurable success criteria at kickoff and monitor outcomes throughout delivery.
• Lead customer project governance and communications with senior stakeholders.
• Maintain milestone tracker and conduct phase-gate reviews with mitigation plans.
