Job summary

3E is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead large, multi-product customer deployments and translate customer scopes into executable strategies. You will coordinate technical discovery, manage the master plan, and ensure on-time delivery with measurable success criteria.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, project management, or professional services, preferably within B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading complex customer implementations with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Ability to own project scope, plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Strong technical aptitude to coordinate specialists and understand integration-related concepts.
• Proven ability to communicate with senior customer stakeholders and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-product implementations from handoff to client acceptance and formal close.
• Translate scopes into an integrated delivery strategy covering milestones, resources, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead technical discovery and pre-integration planning with customers and internal teams.
• Own the master implementation plan and coordinate cross-functional delivery resources.
• Establish measurable success criteria at kickoff and maintain accountability throughout delivery.
• Manage governance with senior stakeholders and provide data-backed project health reports.
• Identify dependencies and risks early and plan mitigation on the critical path.
• Drive post-onboarding value realization projects including migrations and integrations.
