3E is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead large, multi-product customer implementations, turning scope into executable strategy across product, engineering, and data teams. You will manage risk, dependencies, and executive communications to deliver on-time outcomes.

The role supports remote work within the Eastern time zone, with travel 10–20% and a focus on delivering measurable value realization for customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, or project management in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Experience leading complex customer implementations with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Strong ability to own scope, plans, milestones, risks, and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new-logo, cross-sell, and Value Realization implementations from handoff to customer acceptance.
• Translate scopes into an integrated delivery strategy with milestones and resources.
• Own the master implementation plan and coordinate cross-functional teams.
