Job summary

3E seeks an Implementation Project Manager to lead large, multi-product customer implementations. You will turn customer scopes into executable delivery plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain a data-backed view of project health for stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and CX specialists, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and achieving real customer outcomes. Remote work within the Eastern time zone is supported.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, technical account or project management, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology, or information services.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex customer implementations with multiple workstreams, technical dependencies, contributors, or products.
• Experience owning project scope, plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, change control, customer communication, and delivery outcomes.
• Strong technical aptitude to coordinate specialists and understand configuration, data, integration, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new-logo, cross-sell, and Value Realization implementations from handoff through customer acceptance and close.
• Translate scopes of work into an integrated delivery strategy covering products, workstreams, milestones, resources, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead technical discovery and pre-integration planning with customers and internal teams.
• Own the master implementation plan and coordinate implementation specialists, Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, and external partners.
• Establish measurable success criteria at kickoff and maintain accountability throughout delivery.
• Lead customer project governance and senior stakeholder communications.
• Maintain milestone tracker and conduct phase-gate reviews, assessing progress and mitigation plans.
• Identify cross-workstream dependencies and risks and their impact on the critical path.
• Manage multi-product delivery with scope control and data-backed reporting on health and value.
• Build dashboards to visualize status and risks beyond meetings.
• Lead customer escalations diplomatically while ensuring commitments.
• Collaborate with Commercial on handoff and renewal/expansion risks.
• Represent delivery in pre-sales scoping for complex opportunities.
