Job summary

3E is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead complex, multi-product customer implementations in a remote role within the Eastern time zone. You will turn customer scope into executable plans, coordinate technical teams, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery with measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and external partners; own governance, reporting, and customer communications, while driving value realization and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, technical account or project management, or professional services.
• Experience leading complex customer implementations with multiple workstreams and products.
• Ability to own project scope, plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Strong technical aptitude to coordinate specialists and understand data, integration, and delivery.
• Proven ability to communicate credibly with senior customer stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM tools and data dashboards to communicate project health.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new-logo, cross-sell, and Value Realization implementations from handoff through customer acceptance and close.
• Translate scopes of work into an integrated delivery strategy covering products and milestones.
• Lead technical discovery and pre-integration planning with customers and internal teams.
• Own the master implementation plan and coordinate specialists across Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, and external partners.
• Establish measurable success criteria at kickoff and maintain accountability throughout delivery.
• Lead customer project governance and senior stakeholder communications.
• Maintain milestone tracker and conduct phase-gate reviews with risk mitigation plans.
• Identify cross-workstream dependencies and risks affecting the critical path.
• Manage multi-product delivery and change control to ensure unified customer plans.
• Build dashboards or reporting tools to visualize project health and risks.
