Job summary

3E is hiring an Implementation Project Manager to lead complex customer implementations in a remote role within the Eastern time zone. You will translate customer scopes into executable plans, coordinate multi-team delivery, manage risks, and ensure successful outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial to deliver on-time, within scope and with measurable value for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in software implementation or related delivery roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate scopes into integrated delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer implementations across products and streams.
• Own master implementation plan and coordinate specialists and teams.
• Establish success criteria and drive governance and reporting.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change control throughout delivery.
• Collaborate with Commercial on handoffs and renewals.
• Represent delivery during pre-sales scoping.
