Job summary

3E is seeking an Implementation Project Manager in the United States (Eastern time zone remote). You will lead complex customer implementations across multiple products and workstreams, turning scope into an executable plan and coordinating technical teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Expect to own the integrated plan, manage risk, and communicate progress to customers and leadership while ensuring adoption and value realization across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in software implementation or professional services.
• Experience leading complex customer implementations with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to own project scope, plans, milestones, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Strong CRM/data-dashboard proficiency; ability coordinate with specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new-logo, cross-sell, and Value Realization implementations.
• Translate scopes into an integrated delivery strategy and milestones.
• Lead technical discovery and planning with customers and internal teams.
• Own the master implementation plan and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Establish measurable success criteria and maintain accountability.
• Lead customer governance and senior stakeholder communications.
• Maintain milestone trackers and provide data-backed status reports.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans; drive value realization.
