This is a key leadership position for a visionary individual who can blend technical expertise with a passion for education, ensuring our technology seamlessly supports both classroom learning and administrative excellence.
- Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute the school's technology roadmap, ensuring our network, cybersecurity, and IT systems are robust, secure, and scalable for the future.
- Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and exceptional service.
- Application & Systems Management: Oversee the selection and management of critical educational and administrative platforms (such as iSAMS, Seesaw, or SchoolsBuddy) to enhance the user experience for our entire community.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with academic and administrative leaders to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure technology effectively supports the school's educational mission.
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in IT management, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in managing various IT applications, including LMS, SIS, and ERP systems.
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and data management solutions.
- An exceptional leader and communicator, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and build strong relationships across the school.
