We are looking for a strategic and tech-savvy Product Manager to lead the development of Generative AI products and solutions. In this role, you will define product vision, manage the roadmap, and drive delivery of AI features that create real business value for our customers and internal users.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Central
• Salary Package: Up to $9800 (basic) + AWS (Commensuratewith experiences)

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for GenAI use cases, features, and capabilities
• Gather and prioritise requirements from business stakeholders, users, and technical teams
• Translate business problems into AI product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, UX designers, and software developers to deliver product increments
• Manage end-to-end product delivery including MVP planning, sprint management, testing, and go-live
• Monitor product performance, usage analytics, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure product compliance with data governance, security, and responsible AI guidelines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in software/AI products
• Strong understanding of GenAI models, NLP, LLMs, vector databases, and prompt engineering concepts
• Experience managing product life cycle from concept to launch
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with user-centric problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI
• Familiarity with MLOps, model evaluation, data pipeline concepts, and RAG architecture
• Background in finance, government, healthcare, or enterprise digital transformation
• Certification in Product Management or Agile / Scrum
