We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically strong individual to play a key role in driving the company’s digital transformation journey. This role will be responsible for exploring, designing, and implementing AI-powered solutions to enhance user experience, advisor productivity, onboarding, training, data integration, workflow efficiency, and overall operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is hands‑on, innovative, and passionate about leveraging automation and AI to create meaningful impact across the organisation.
Explore, propose, and prototype new AI features to enhance CRM ecosystem modules.
Build AI assistants to support advisors across onboarding, sales processes, compliance reminders, product recommendations (non-financial advice), and workflow completion.
Implement AI-powered summarisation, OCR, classification, and data extraction tools to reduce manual workloads.
Develop AI-derived insights to analyse advisor performance, identify gaps, forecast trends, measure engagement, and highlight coaching opportunities.
Build, optimise, and maintain workflow automation using Power Automate, Microsoft 365 tools, Make.com, or Zapier.
Integrate automation into existing business processes to improve consistency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
Actively research the latest in AI technology such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI updates, and emerging automation platforms.
Recommend new capabilities that can enhance efficiency and digitalise manual processes across departments.
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Certifications in AI, automation, or Power Platform will be an added advantage.
Strong hands‑on experience with Power Automate, Make.com, or similar automation platforms.
Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, and chatbot platforms (e.g., Chatbase, Botpress).
Experience integrating systems through APIs (REST, JSON, webhooks).
Basic proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
Bonus: Knowledge of Power BI, Azure AI, SQL, or cloud services.
Creative problem‑solver with the ability to identify and propose impactful automation and AI opportunities.
Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Self‑driven and able to work independently in a fast‑paced.
