Job summary
A leading crane and transport company in Singapore is seeking a Crane Operator to ensure the operational readiness of cranes through maintenance and safety checks. The ideal candidate must possess a valid crane operator licence and have at least 1 year of field experience. - Possess a valid crane operator licence from MOM with minimum 1 year field experience in operating cranes.
- Good driving track record (for mobile crane operator).
- Punctual and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Ensure regular maintenance on the assigned crane.
- Conduct daily safety checks on assigned crane.
- Submit completed Job Sheet or Time Sheet.
- Adhere to site in-house regulations.
- Report any unsafe job requests.
- Submit completed Job Sheets or Time Sheets on time.
- Follow operational procedures diligently.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure regular maintenance on the assigned crane i.e. properly greased, lubricated and regularly cleaned as to allow the crane stay operational at all times
- Ensure before starting work, Crane Operator is to conduct daily safety check on his assigned crane including filling-up crane log book and lifting log book as per Ministry of Manpower guideline
- Ensure appropriate valid lifting gears are used
- Ensure to adhere site in-house regulations i.e. to hand-over the by-pass key to site lifting supervisor or site person in-charge prior execution of the job to avoid any safety violation
- Report to Controller and/or Operation Staff for advice if there is any unsafe job requested by site
- Ensure timely submission of completed Job Sheet or Time Sheet or Work Order
- Follow operational procedures with due care and diligence
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as and when assigned by Superior
Job Requirements:
- Possess valid crane operator licence from MOM with minimum 1 year field experience in operating cranes
- Good driving track record (for mobile crane operator)
- Safety conscious, self-discipline, responsible, punctual and reliable
- Good team player with positive work attitude and pleasant personality
