Job summary
A leading human resources advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to manage customer inquiries and coordinate shipment operations. Responsibilities include handling service requests, ensuring timely delivery, and processing shipping documents. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in a customer service role. This position offers a salary of $2000-$3000 with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

- Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and shipment-related concerns through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams for timely operations.
- Track and monitor shipment status, providing timely updates.
- Prepare and process shipping documents and related paperwork.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Skills
Salary: $2000-$3000
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm for Mon - Fri. Sat (Half day) 8.30am to 1230pm (WFH)
Location: Changi South
Jobscope:
- Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and shipment-related concerns through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure timely pickup, delivery, and order fulfillment.
- Track and monitor shipment status, providing customers with timely updates and proactive notifications of delays or issues.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, and related logistics paperwork.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently by identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions.
