Customer Service Officer

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm for Mon - Fri. Sat (Half day) 8.30am to 1230pm (WFH)

Jobscope:

  • Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and shipment-related concerns through phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure timely pickup, delivery, and order fulfillment.
  • Track and monitor shipment status, providing customers with timely updates and proactive notifications of delays or issues.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, and related logistics paperwork.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently by identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions.
