A construction and engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities and ensure the integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering and a PE license, with at least 4 years of experience in large-scale projects. Key responsibilities include managing technical aspects of projects and implementing quality control. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Work closely with architects, structural and MEP engineers, and contractors to align building works with project objectives while managing schedules for timely execution.
- Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, oversee site operations, and ensure MEP systems are effectively integrated within the building structure.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and enforce strict safety protocols during construction.
- Maintain detailed records of design changes, construction progress, and quality control measures while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- At least 4 years of experience in large-scale building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge in architectural design, structural engineering, and MEP integration.
- Proficiency in project management tools, strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Positive work attitude with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
