Job summary
A marketing firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive product and service revenue. The successful candidate will execute sales and marketing plans, manage customer relationships, and engage in various sales activities. Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills are essential. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will directly contribute to achieving the company's sales targets, while participating in trade shows and events to boost brand presence.

Responsibilities
- Execute sales and marketing plan.
- Carry out sales activities including tele-sales and presentations.
- Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Provide user product training.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client events.
- Build client loyalty through effective relationship management.
Skills
As a Sales Executive, you are a key member of the team looking after our product and services revenue in Singapore. Working with the Head of sales, you will plan and execute the sales plan to ensure that the company annual sales target is achieved.
- Execute sales and marketing plan.
- Carry out sale activities including tele‑sales, on‑site/online presentation and follow‑up calls etc.
- Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure for new customers and renewal customers.
- User product training.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and client events.
- Manage customer relationships, including addressing issues, collecting feedback, and building clients’ loyalty etc.
- Professional presence.
- Teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
