RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Market analysis, opportunity identification and brand strategy.
· Researching target audiences, recording data from campaign results to add to future reports.
· Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
· Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
· Coordinating with both the marketing and sales team to implement innovative campaigns for branding or product launches.
· Analyse the industry’s market channels and develop the appropriate marketing strategies to increase sales in those channels.
· Prepare market reports for brand owners.
· Prepare an annual promotional calendar.
· Develop and create marketing materials when needed, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
· Develop new types of promotional activities that are appropriate to the brands being sold in the market.
· Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
· Oversee the design of promotional materials and ensure that the brand is always correctly represented. The candidate will closely work with advertising agencies and printers to create the marketing materials. Will be required to develop point of sale marketing materials.
· Represent the company at trade events and other public appearances.
· Ensure that the marketing strategies align with Monopole’s business objectives and overall goals for the country of Singapore and Malaysia.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or marketing, communications, or a related field.
· Ideally, they should also have the WSET Advanced Wine Qualification or a similar wine industry qualification.
· 2-5 years of experience in marketing.
· Some experience in the food and beverage industry.
·Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as SEO, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
·Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·Leadership skills and the ability to drive improvement within the business.
·Attention to detail, creative and strong analytical thinking for problem solving.
·Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
