Job summary

A leading logistics firm based in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to identify and secure new business opportunities in regional contract logistics. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in a sales role within 3PL logistics. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and developing business strategies. Attractive salary package and excellent benefits offered.

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in sales role from 3PL logistics with regional exposure.

  • Identify and hunt for new regional contract logistics business opportunities.
  • Drive business growth and manage client relationships across the assigned region.
  • Build strong partnerships to enhance revenue and market presence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Job description

• Basic Salary UP$8000 + Allowances

• Working hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm (Mon - Fri)

Job Scope
  • To identify and hunt for new regional contract logistics (warehousing) business opportunities.
  • Responsible for driving business growth and managing client relationships across the assigned region.
  • To build strong partnerships to enhance revenue and market presence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Sourcing for only 3PL FMCG, retail, high-tech business.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned when required.
Requirement
