• Work with the Business Analysts to clarify and understand the requirements from terminal operations
• Provide best-fit IT solution for the product in terms of specifications, usability, performance, robustness, delivery schedule and budget
• Work with other members of the Product Delivery team to provide the technological solutions within and across products
• Work with, steer and monitor outsourced delivery teams to deliver quality solutions within budget and schedule
• Tracking and reporting of progress of solutions, including manpower, schedules and budget
• Work closely with Rollout teams to support the testing and rollout of solutions with customers
• Be rostered on 3rd line support to assist on customer issues
• Research, source and implement new business technology to develop the product roadmap

• Good familiarity with IT modeling tools and design patterns
• ‘thin’ (web) and/or ‘thick’ (desktop) and/or mobile (hybrid and native) UI design and implementation
• Application development with Relational DBMS (DB2 preferred)
• Knowledge of computer environments, including server (AIX/Linux preferred), desktop (windows preferred), mobile/embedded platforms
• Professional development experience in one or more of the following areas: .NET; ANSI C/C++; JEE (preferred), Node.js
• Knowledge of commercial and open-source java-based frameworks, libraries and platforms (e.g. Hibernate, Spring, JSF, Kafka)
• Experience with integration technologies like API Gateway, Microservices, REST API is a plus
• Experience with containerization & cloud application development is a plus
