Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage sales incentives and conduct business analytics. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in a fast-paced company, specifically in media operations or digital advertising. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential. This role offers an opportunity to drive improvements and provide insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of Media/Operations.
- Experience in Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, or Audit is a plus.
- Strong client-focused mindset with continuous improvement approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales incentives process from calculation to payout.
- Partner with Sales and CRM teams to optimize business processes.
- Conduct analytics and prepare management reporting with actionable insights.

Sales Incentive
- Manage end-to-end sales incentives process from calculation to payout.
- Working with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and efficiency via process or system enhancement
- Work under time pressure to ensure that results are finalized before submission deadline
CRM Optimization and Process Development
- Partner with Sales teams and CRM teams to develop optimized CRM-related business processes
- Stay up-to-date with new CRM products and feature launches and ensure Sales teams are aligned
- Lead processes standardisation projects independently across APAC and METAP markets, provide guidelines and training for the Sales team
Business Analytics and Reporting
- Conduct in-depth analytical review of business operations and provide data-driven recommendations
- Prepare clear and concise management reporting via dashboard visualization that delivers actionable insights to leadership.
- Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams (Finance, HR/Payroll, Product, HQ Teams, etc.) with a strong client-focused and continuous improvement mindset.
- BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics or related fields;
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields;
- Highly analytical and attention to details;
- Comfortable dealing with people and the processing of business operations;
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Excel and Power Point preferably (BI system knowledge is a plus);
- Highly self-motivated, independent, proactive, agile and determined to drive assigned targets and projects with perseverance and passion.
