SENIOR ASSISTANT DIRECTOR/ ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, FINANCE

Ensures financial sustainability, compliance, and efficiency while driving financial performance and supporting long-term organizational growth. Oversees accounting, treasury, audit functions, patients’ transactions, donation management, material management, and financial planning, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective resource allocation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and sustainability of KWSH.
  • Provide financial insights to the Board of Directors and Management to facilitate decision-making.
Financial Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
Accounting, Treasury & Audit
  • Ensure accuracy in financial statements, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, investment transactions, and financial risk mitigation.
Business Office Operations
  • Oversee the Business Office operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in patient billing processes.
Material Management
  • Develop and oversee financial controls for procurement and inventory management.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare or long-term care sector.
