Corporate Operation and Management
- Establish overall management direction and operational strategies for GST Singapore.
- Oversee corporate functions including HR, finance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, with regular reporting to HQ.
- Manage administrative operations including accounting, taxation, audit, leasing, insurance, and compliance.
- Liaise with Singaporean authorities (NEA, MOM, etc.) on legal and regulatory matters.
Customer Support & Maintenance Management
- Manage service quality and operational performance for major semiconductor customers.
- Handle customer requests, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with service level agreement requirements.
- Ensure stable operation and quality control of on-site systems such as Abatement, Scrubber, and Chiller equipment.
- Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance schedules, and response procedures for equipment issues.
- Manage project schedules and costs for new equipment installation, upgrades, and CIP activities.
- Coordinate with on‑site teams and engineering groups to resolve technical and operational issues.
Manpower & Site Operation
- Supervise engineers and technicians, including shift planning, task allocation, and competency development.
- Ensure compliance with safety training (WSH) and MOM regulations; continuously improve site efficiency.
Sales & Customer Management
- Develop strategies for new customer acquisition and retention of existing accounts.
- Manage quotations, proposals, POs, and service contracts; collaborate with HQ to plan annual sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance and manage P&L for the Singapore entity.
Strategy Planning & HQ Communication
- Manage annual corporate goals and performance indicators (Sales, Cost, Cash Flow, etc.).
- Conduct regular reporting and meetings with HQ on operations, improvement plans, and manpower/cost strategies.
- Develop mid‑to‑long‑term growth strategies and explore new business opportunities.
Qualification
- Proficiency in both Korean and English (Korean required for internal communication).
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent in Engineering.
- Experience in the semiconductor service industry is a plus.
- Prior work experience in Singapore or overseas assignments preferred.
- Singapore PR, or eligible for Employment Pass (EP).
