Job summary
A healthcare recruitment agency is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager in Singapore. In this role, you will assist in daily clinic operations, support the Medical Director, and manage customer service interactions including insurance and appointment bookings. Ideal candidates should have experience in clinic operations and possess strong communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $3,000 - $4,000 with a 5.5-day workweek.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and operational management in a clinic setting.
- Familiar with insurance processes and clinic operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Support Medical Director and manage customer service tasks.
- Handle insurance matters and coordinate with regulatory bodies.
Working day: 5.5 days work week
Working Hour: Mon to Fri (9.00am – 5pm) | Sat (9.00am – 1:00pm)
Salary range: $3,000 - $4,000
Location: Novena
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the clinic’s day to day operations and functions.
- Assist the Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
- Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.
- Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).
- Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
- Assist in the renewal of government licenses including but not limited to Clinic License, Fire, Insurance, and HSA.
- Other duties assigned by your reporting officer as required.
