Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Working location: Harbourfront Centre

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare HR documents, and schedule appointments
  • Support payroll processing and leave administration
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and internal HR policies
  • Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination
  • Track probation, contract renewals, and staff movement
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and internal audits
