A logistics and supply chain company in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and ensure safe handling of goods. The role involves managing performance quality, conducting training, and leading a team. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, a GCE N/O Levels/NITEC, and knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management Systems is preferred. The Logistics Supervisor - Warehouse and Cold Chain Management is responsible for supervising general warehouse operations and activities. He/She monitors warehouse operations performance, quality and ensures safe and efficient operation of goods and equipment.
Warehouse & Cold Chain Management
He/she supervises deliveries, asset management, and transaction documentation process, overseeing the secure handling of goods. He/she identifies opportunities for improvement within the warehouse operations and may be required to work rotating shifts. He/she is expected to be vigilant, decisive, and possess effective communication skills, conduct induction training, and may be assigned to lead a team.
