About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences and attractive interfaces that are both intuitive and functional. Your work will directly influence how users interact with our products and shape their perception of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
- Design wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, and UI assets using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistent user experience across products.
- Translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly interfaces.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Understanding of responsive design and user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes.
- Experience in Banking Industry
